On Saturday 28 July, 2018, Rt. Rev. Patrick Chisanga, Bishop of Mansa Diocese, together with priests and the lay faithful, from Kabunda and Mansa Deaneries, gathered at St. James Parish, in Chimese, to pray for more vocations in the diocese. He told the youth that hardships are inevitable in life all they need do is to choose the right path and experience their youthfulness with pride. He warned them to be careful of false prophets. “Seek the Kingdom God and its righteousness and all things shall be added unto you,” reiterated Bishop Chisanga. He earnestly urged parents to bless their children and wish them good luck as they grow and not to scold and curse them. St James Parish is about 7 km from Mansa Cathedral of our lady of Assumption. Selesians are in charge of the Parish located in a semi urban area with a population 0f about 50 000 people.
