On Sunday 22nd May 2022, scores of Christians in Chifunabuli District and beyond gathered at Masanta Catholic Church of Lubwe Parish to commemorate 100 years of the existence of the Church. Mansa Diocesan Bishop, Rt. Rev. Patrick Chisanga, led the assembly in the Eucharistic celebration in thanksgiving to God for the gift of the Catholic Faith in the area.
