CONTINUE WHERE THE MISSIONARIES LEFT- BISHOP CHISAGA APPEALS TO KABUNDA FORMER PUPILS

On Thurs day 13 September, 2018, Rt. Rev. Patrick Chisanga, Bishop of Mansa Diocese presented two out of ten Computers, that he received from the European Union Ambassador accredited to Zambia, to pupils at Kabunda Grant Aided Primary School, with the hope that pupils will be able to touch and know the components of a computer.

The Bishop thanked the staff for the recommendable job they are doing under very difficult circumstances (Twelve teachers against 600 pupils from grades 1-12). He observed that Kabunda Primary School was the fountain of education in Mansa because it was built as early as 1932 by the Missionaries of Africa when education for the native was very rare. He called upon former pupils of the school to contribute to the welfare of the school as a way of supplementing government’s effort and continuing where the missionaries left. He also urged the pupils to take advantage of school today for their own future tomorrow
